Uncharted Outdoorswomen is the first and only woman owned and guided multi-state hunting and fishing outfitter in North America creating space for women in the outdoors! Descrimination in the outdoors is no match for Erin and Uncharted's 30+ girl guides in Colorado, Wyoming, Montana, and Oregon! We celebrated our second anniversary surrounded by incredible friends and business partners who've been part of our journey from the start. It has been another year full of support and empowerment. What drives our remarkable success? We've filled the gaps in understanding why women often depart outdoor activities prematurely – and the answers lie in Confidence and Community. Research has indicated that women represent the rapidly expanding demographic in outdoor pursuits, yet they tend to disengage at a faster rate. When women have confidence in their abilities and companions to share their hunting and fishing adventures, the trend reverses. We've diligently cultivated a safe environment within our community, nurturing women's self-assurance in hunting and fishing. This approach leads to a consistent growth in the number of women obtaining licenses year after year and all those license dollars go back into conservation for our public lands. Year 3 is off to a GREAT start! We will see you out there!
